Troubleshooting you can try now

I cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the login screen and enter the email used for your account. Check spam for the reset message and use the newest link. If it does not arrive, contact support with the approximate request time and the error shown. Never send your password, reset link or verification code.

My plan or payment looks wrong

Open Settings and Manage billing to check your subscription. Confirm you are signed into the account used for the purchase before paying again. If the app and your receipt disagree, contact support with the receipt reference and purchase date. Do not send card details. Cancelling stops renewal; check the billing portal for your access end date.

An AI result is missing or unsuitable

Check the message shown and your plan allowance before retrying. A generated draft still needs your judgement: check factual claims, replace invented details and remove confidential information. For a repeatable error, send support the tool name, time and error text with personal information removed. Do not repeatedly submit a paid generation while a request is still running.

My upload does not appear in Explore

Check the upload visibility in your upload tracker. Public uploads can appear in Explore; private and unlisted uploads are not listed there. Open the original platform link to confirm the video is available and permits embedding. If the player does not load, use Show direct link. Do not make a private upload public just to troubleshoot playback.

My challenge square is not what I expected

Check the date shown in your challenge and the upload you logged for that day. Keep the original link and note the date and time you checked in. If the record still looks wrong, send these details to support before making duplicate entries or asking for a reset.

I need to report community content

Use the report control where available, or send the public post or profile link through Contact with a short description of the problem. Avoid reposting the material or sharing another person's private information. For an account-access concern, include only the details needed to identify the issue.

Plan your next original upload

Choose one useful outcome

For your next upload, write one sentence naming the viewer and the task: “A beginner will learn to record a clear voiceover in a quiet room.” This is easier to deliver than “Everything about podcasting”. Decide what the viewer should be able to try immediately afterwards.

Plan a small demonstration

Use three parts: show the problem, demonstrate one change, then compare the result. For the voiceover example, record the same sentence twice at the same volume: first far from the microphone, then closer with the microphone slightly to one side. Listen for room echo and breath noise. Describe what you actually hear rather than promising professional sound from every device.

Make a truthful opening

A useful opening for that example is “Listen to these two recordings before you buy another microphone”. Play the comparison early. Avoid an unsupported promise such as “This setting makes every microphone perfect”. Your title and thumbnail should describe the result you demonstrate, not a result you hope the viewer will get.

Check the draft before publishing

Read captions aloud, verify names and factual claims, and check music and image permissions. If AI helped draft the script, replace generic phrases with your own observation and test any suggested steps. Remove personal details from screen recordings. Keep a copy of your sources and permissions with the project.

Log one experiment, not a guarantee

Publish the piece, save its link and note the one thing you changed. After an appropriate period, compare audience retention or relevant feedback with a similar upload. Write down a specific next experiment, such as moving the audio comparison earlier. A small sample cannot prove that one change caused growth, and a daily streak does not guarantee income.
